Front Desk Manager

Mountainside Villas - located within Massanutten Resort is seeking a qualified Front Desk Manager to oversee all facets of the Front Desk department to ensure high levels of guest service and satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree in Hotel Management or Business (preferred) 
- Supervisory Experience (required) 
- High school diploma (required) 
- Task-driven individual 
- Detail oriented 
Responsibilities:
- Organizes Front Desk schedule 
- Directs Front Desk operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of customer service 
- Oversees inventory for Front Desk supplies 
- Develops and implements techniques to improve Front Desk operation 
- Maintains effective communication through staff meetings, log books, and bulletin boards
